Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with our company's objectives, fostering global harmony while respecting local differences.
Build scalable structures and processes to support our decentralised organisation, leveraging data and analytics.
Collaborate with the People & Culture colleagues across the group and senior leadership to ensure effective implementation.
Strengthen collaboration among People & Culture officers across the group.
Take an active interest in the business and contribute to overall company success.
Lead internal communication efforts to foster transparency and engagement.
Drive change management initiatives to support organisational growth and cultural evolution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading People & Culture organisations in an international context.
Strong track record of translating business needs into effective People & Culture strategies.
Expertise in defining and implementing organisational structures, processes, and tools.
Ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
Relevant academic degree and fluency in English.
Experience in decentralised product companies, fast-growing environments, and/or acquisitions is a plus.
