Our client is a leading outsource business services provider into government, embarking on a major new acquisition that will involve significant redesign of working practices and culture change. We are looking for an interim head of service design contact centres to support the business change programme and operational field team.

The role

  • To engage the teams in the organisation redesign
  • Design the processes from ‘as is’ through to ‘to be’ – across all areas of service delivery
  • Engage with the transformation team to ensure effective changes in working practices, to deliver the appropriate service levels to the end user

The candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience redesigning contact centres for service delivery
  • Good process mapping and design skills
  • Have led a large team through a culture change programme with new ways of working
  • Have delivered service redesign within organisations moving from public to private sector

Duration 6 – 12 months

Location – Midlands
