Trudy Peeler is Head of the Transport and Infrastructure practice.

Trudy has over 12 years recruitment experience of which the last five have been focused on interim management. Trudy’s reputation for delivering effective solutions has been built through the placement of over 200 executives into companies wanting to achieve business growth.

Working at a senior level across transport, technology, private equity and start up companies, including Crossrail, Gatwick Airport and BT, has given Trudy clear insight into the way that interim executive leaders can transform organisations.

Trudy’s experience spans CEO, MD, CIO, CTO, and director level roles across industries in the UK and internationally. She has successfully sourced interim leaders to deliver a broad range of roles including: sales, marketing, public affairs, new product development and bid assignments; mergers and acquisition integration programmes; change management; business process re-engineering; leadership development; facilities management and turnaround projects.
