Our client, a local government organisation, is seeking a strong Interim Support Services Manager to spearhead end-to-end procurement and delivery for a large Regeneration and Development programme.

The role is to:

  • Design and deliver the procurement process from external partners and ensure it is efficient, effective and conforms with the Council’s guidelines
  • Support the successful development, delivery and monitoring of key projects within the Regeneration remit
  • Implement the end-to-end process from business case to delivery including funding and resourcing
  • Be accountable for timely preparation, co-ordination and governance of the Service Plan

The candidate will have:

  • Extensive programme management experience within challenging environments
  • A proven track record leading the end-to-end procurement process and business process re-engineering skills
  • Prince 2 qualifications and Lean principles would be an advantage
