Position Filled: Interim Strategy Director

Our client is a FTSE 100 within the retail and consumer product and services industry. The business is developing exciting plans to deliver their future growth and needs to bring in some additional strategic expertise.

The role is to:

• Engage with the senior commercial stakeholders to understand the strategic plans and support the delivery
• Research and develop the business case for Board sign off
• Design and deliver new food product and service initiatives to the consumer through all product categories, service propositions and channels.

The candidate will have:

• A strong strategy consulting track records
• FP& A experience (financial planning and analysis)
• Will have compiled robust business cases for Board sign off
• Ideally evidence of having identified new business development opportunities within the food sector
• Designed new products and services to excite the customer and increase revenue and market share
