Our client, a large private equity house, is seeking an Post-merger integration expert to execute the strategic objectives of a merger between two insurance brokerages, accelerate synergies and help build a unified, high-performing organisation.

The role will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring business models align and strengths are cross-fertilised
  • Successfully implementing a sound strategy and integrating the two cultures
  • Unlocking synergies, minimising risk and ensuring value creation
  • Designing an optimal organisation structure
  • Ensuring integration is coordinated across functions, businesses and regions

The successful candidate must have:

  • A Big 4 consulting background
  • Significant experience within insurance and¬†financial services sectors
  • Managed various M&A integration assignments and post-implementation programmes on an enterprise-wide scale
  • Immediate availability
