Position Filled: Interim HR Lead Business Integration, Change and Transformation
Our client is a leading outsourced business services provider into government, they are embarking on a major new acquisition that will involve significant redesign of working practices and culture change. We are looking for an interim HR lead to support the business change programme working with the integration and operational teams.
The role is to:
- Ensure all the contractual obligations are managed effectively, TUPE etc
- Support the change programme to help the teams embrace the new organisation
- Understand the Union agenda and navigate the appropriate course
The candidate will have:
- Led the HR agenda for a Public to Private sector transition
- Have managed significant TUPE transfer programmes within a unionised environment
- Have led the HR stream of a major integration project
Duration: 6 to 12 months
