The HR Power Brokers

One thing that I have really invested time in ever since I started my commercial career, has been networking. In other words building relationships with people and above all staying in touch with them (often over decades) for mutual gain. I guess the key term there is 'mutual'. In a way I see you - the reader - of this blog as part of my virtual network! So please share your thoughts and ideas with me.

On an entirely different note - but still on the subject of people and networking - I noticed a fascinating article published by Personnel Today, which lists the top 40 'Power Brokers' in the people world of HR. Interesting that such a high proportion are from Public Sector organisations. Why is this the case?
