Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Innovative leisure company is seeking interim Finance Director to work as part of a small team to set up a new online gaming company. Finance Director will be responsible for all financial matters within the business with a specific focus on:

• Consolidating budgets
• Forecasting
• Building new team
• Migration
• Creating business processes and setting up commercial operating infrastructure
• Regulation
• Risk Management

In order to be considered candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Proven track record in online gaming, gambling or high volume, fast paced online retailers
• Completed at least two successful interim assignments as Finance Director of an online gaming, gambling of fast paced on line retailer
• Previous experience working with a start up organisation and creating business processes from scratch
• Hands on experience of JD Edwards
• International experience
