A large pioneering manufacturer that is part of an international group of companies has an opportunity for a seasoned interim to inspire a real step change in performance, and create a world class Ops division.

The successful candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications:

• An Engineering degree or equivalent
• Lean manufacturing qualification
• Exceptional Operations Management Leadership
• A thorough understanding of the industry with an outstanding track record in creating and delivering robust operational strategy and Lean processes
• Demonstrable successes in leading and engaging engineering and manufacturing teams, ideally with fabrication experience
• Mentoring or coaching capability to create a legacy which supports the company's talent succession plans
