Our client is a renowned retailer with a reputation for value, quality and innovation. They have a strong market presence in the UK and abroad and have two channels to market.

The Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• The design and delivery of a specific organisational design project for a particular part of the business
• The project is initially for six months to design and deliver the project
• Restructuring the UK and overseas business area involved

The successful candidate will:

• Be an expert within the field of organisational design and development
• Have experience in delivering OD projects within the retail sector
• Be available to start the assignment from mid January 2009
