Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is an IT software house with a strong public sector practice. They have won a number of high profile contracts and have ambitious plans for growth. They now need additional resource to manage third party IT providers on an important project to deliver on time and on budget.

Role Responsibilities:

To manage the sub-contractor IT team to deliver on time and on budget. This will involve:

• Managing the implementation of service level agreements.
• Building strong relationships with key subcontractor stakeholders and the management team.
• Careful management of project plans and budgets and taking action where needed.
• Risk management and assessment.

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate would ideally have:

• Previous experience of supplier management ideally within the IT world and previous public sector/civil government experience would also be useful.
• A robust and resilient nature, able to push back and challenge where necessary.
• Experience of managing troublesome third party suppliers.
• A good understanding of IT and applications.
• Commercial, hands on and proactive.
