Our client requires a Software Manager to establish within support an integrated change, release and configuration function for the roll out of a new version.
The candidate must be:
- ITIL qualified
- Have a proven track record in a large and busy service organisation with specific change management experience
- Be highly adaptable
- Have excellent negotiating skills with customers
- Have experience of £million plus budgets
- Based in the South West and must be within a daily commute
- Must be immediately available
