Operations Director
Sector: NHS Foundation Trust
Location: South East, UK
Day Rate: £650 - £800 per day
Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.
Our Client is a successful NHS Foundation Trust based in the South East. Whilst it has hit all of its financial targets, it is still short on performance targets.
It now requires an interim Operations Director to work on bringing these targets into line with the Government's requirements. Duration will be 3-6 months and the role reports into the Chief Executive. Salary is depending on experience.
The Role:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Devising an Action Plan to meet the targets.
- Working with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure that targets are met.
- Ensuring that processes are embedded to maintain successfully meeting these targets in the future.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate would ideally be:
- An experience NHS Professional.
- An Operations Director who has successfully met the Government Performance Targets in another Trust.
- A seasoned professional with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
