Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a leading UK High Street retailer with branches across the UK and online. They are just embarking on a turnaround programme covering all operational areas and are looking for a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead the project streams.

The role is to:

• Lead multiple project streams
• Report to the main board
• Deliver the turnaround plan

The candidate will have:

A proven track record in turnaround retail

• A proven track record implementing cross functional programmes within a high street retail business
• Be able to evidence quantifiable achievements in a turnaround situation
• Have experience across all areas of a retail business including buying, sourcing, operations, etc
• Have experience of engaging multiple, senior stakeholders to deliver their parts of the programme.
