Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a successful Business Services organisation with a strong focus on supporting the public sector. They work with clients across various industry sectors to improve many areas of public life.

Role Responsibilities

• To “to deliver the bid within time and budget" for a major government programme (outcome based funding).
• You will mobilise/transition the bid from public sector management to private sector.
• The focus is on managing service delivery partners / sub contractors by defining and shaping the service but being sensitive to the expertise provided by these partners.

Role Requirements

• You must have a strong track record of transitioning/mobilising large bids and be available immediately.
• You will be comfortable with a high level of operations, managing sub contractors to provide services in to the government.
• PRINCE 2 qualified would be useful.
• Expertise within supply chain, tracking the delivery/operations background is a plus
• Experience of housing, local authority services or health service.
• You must be solutions focused and able to work at all levels within an organisation and be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
