The Role
To manage a team of around 15 developers whilst participating in systems planning activity, managing the delivery of agreed systems outputs/enhancements and managing other internal relationships (business analysis, systems testing, infrastructure, help desk).

The Person
You will be a senior level line manager (IT Director calibre with personal gravitas) with recent experience of running a systems development function in financial services - ideally a vehicle leasing environment. Ability to establish technical credibility with the team and confidently face the business. You will be hands-on, direct, tenacious and able to work independently. Above all you will have experience of a change environment where you have had to go in and significantly improve processes and procedure.
