With a background in food manufacturing and experience in selling to the major multiples, you will be a high energy, self-motivated sales coach and trainer.
Our client is a market leader in the foodservices arena and has recently restructured its sales function. As a result they now need an experienced Sales Trainer to come in and:
- Evaluate the existing teams and identify skills gaps
- Put in a robust process to enable the teams to deliver to maximum capacity
- Work with salespeople individually to support them to hit their targets
- Educate them in menu planning and costings to maximize profitable returns
- Improve morale and embed a success culture
