Our client is a market leader in providing anti-counterfeiting technologies, services, and programmes to governments and corporations worldwide, including over 50 governments and 250 global brands.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Consult with the Government to implement a tax-stamp programme on a variety of products such as alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceuticals
- Set up an in-country print finishing and distribution facility
The duration is for 3-6 months. Fluent Portuguese is critical.
The Candidate
The successful candidate would ideally have:
- Willing and able to work alone in West Africa without parent company infrastructure
- Previous experience of the above ideally in an African country
- Supply chain/logistics experience ideally of setting up DC pick & pack operation
- Experience managing supply chain process analysis + design projects
- Experience managing a full cycle of an application system design, development and implementation program
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy to work with all the key stakeholders both locally and remotely
- Gravitas to work at Board level
- Project management experience in the third world
