Interim Programme Manager, Integration Lead

Location: Multiple, Africa

Day Rate: £900 - £1100 per day

Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a prestigious manufacturing company is looking for a Programme Director to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into their international organisation.

The programme Manager will be responsible for:

• Restructure the business to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and improve growth.
• Build and lead the integration team and identify the work streams for delivery
• Lead the cultural change programme
• Mitigate risks

In order to be considered for the position successful applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience of:

• Leading the successful integration of at least two international businesses with approximately 2000 staff in developing countries
• Leading intergration programmes in developing countries at director level managing all functional areas e.g. HR, Finance, IT
• Extensive restructuring experience
• Operated at General Manager level previously
• International Manufacturing experience
• Managing both internal and external relationships at board level
• Commercial acumen.
