Our client, an independently owned investment management and corporate finance company
They are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to undertake work as an Interim Private Equity Fund Manager. The role will initially be on an interim /consulting basis and may develop into a permanent position, depending upon your long term aspirations.
It is important that interested parties have full FSA registration, with the CF 27 qualification and are able to undertake transactions on behalf of clients at a high level. The firm invest purely in pharmaceutical bonds and equities and the corporate finance area advises on cross border M&A transactions within the pharmaceutical industry. Industry experience is not essential.
