Our client is a start up entrepreneurial eco-friendly packaging organisation.
Role brief:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Interim Operations Director for manufacturing and automation of their product. You will need to engage stakeholders to discuss with issues that may affect the production pathways and what action is required to reduce/avoid delays.
Candidate fit:
You will have extensive experience in manufacturing with high volume food/drinks products and have a very good understanding of the automation process and the relevant machinery. You will also have strong project management skills and understand budget and costings. An engineering qualification will be highly desirable. You will have experience of pulp paper manufacturing.
