Our client is a leading global outsourced business services provider to both the public and private sector.

The Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Informing the Bid team with the Operational imperatives within a large field service environment to deliver a profitable and winning bid.
• Identify and Deliver the Service Levels
• Provide day-to-day operational expertise, providing strong leadership within a time-critical, field service environment

The Candidate

The successful candidate would ideally be:

• Experience of managing a field service team of 1,000 to 5,000 is essential
• Must have experience within Utilities
• Experience of delivering large projects and bids on time and to budget.
• Good motivator and leader of people
• Duration - 3 to 12 months
