The Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing programme for acquisition and merger of a specific service into the NHS Trust
• Completing the due diligence and business case pre-implementation
• Incorporating acquisition into the Annual 2012/13 plan
• Delivering post-acquisition structure and integrating policies, procedures

The Candidate

The successful candidate MUST have experience of:

• Significant track record of delivering these types of transactions
• 5 years+ Board level experience ideally gained within Foundation Trust
• Strong understanding of regulatory environment and requirements of Foundation Trust
• Proven track record in project, programme and process management delivering complex and multiple projects Knowledge and understanding of issues and challenges
