The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing programme for acquisition and merger of a specific service into the NHS Trust
- Completing the due diligence and business case pre-implementation
- Incorporating acquisition into the Annual 2012/13 plan
- Delivering post-acquisition structure and integrating policies, procedures
The Candidate
The successful candidate MUST have experience of:
- Significant track record of delivering these types of transactions
- 5 years+ Board level experience ideally gained within Foundation Trust
- Strong understanding of regulatory environment and requirements of Foundation Trust
- Proven track record in project, programme and process management delivering complex and multiple projects Knowledge and understanding of issues and challenges
