The role involves creating and implementing the customer marketing proposition strategy including developing a roadmap which converts critical priorities into deliverables and enabling new technologies where appropriate.
Role Information
- Develop and implement marketing customer proposition strategy with the franchises and strategy team.
- Prioritise key issues affecting all customer groups included and tailor-make the strategy for delivering the service to these groups whilst ensuring franchise development is not compromised.
- Identify that the services can be delivered in respect of the roadmap, content design and usability.
- Develop implementation plan for integrating various franchises within the overall marketing proposition.
- Define customer benefits and business requirements keeping abreast of latest R&D and devise a strategy which allows customised, personalised and a wider CRM strategy.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience operating in large, complex organisations with experience of new business start ups
- Solid understanding of markets, customer propositions, product development and marketing and evidence of its successful implementation
- Strong leadership, engagement and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate activities from across multiple groups into a common cohesive plan
- A strong understanding of current and future technology capabilities, and a good appreciation of the implications for government moving towards increased delivery of information and services, through digital channels
- Experience of working and successfully managing within an online environment
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
