We are looking for an Interim Managing Director for our client, a private consultancy business.
The interim managing director will be an integral part of the senior executive team and take responsibility for the performance of the division. You will therefore demonstrate a proven track record in turnaround or business planning within the BPO sector.
The role itself will involve expanding the customer base, products and service offerings and the geographic territories which the company currently covers. You will also recruit and retain staff, working with the sales and marketing team to ensure a pipeline of business. You will ideally be a senior executive with several years of experience in directing, growing and expanding a professional services BPO business in the financial services or business consultancy sector.
