Our client is a leading insurance company who are experiencing unprecedented growth, particularly within their on - line capability and require a Project Manager to oversee the function.
The internet service which is offered by the company has grown from a single business line and now consists of several aggregator sites and a consumer site. As the company's main aim is now to increase market share, the infrastructure of the internet site needs to be improved and consolidated. We are seeking an Internet Service Manager to implement ITIL into the on - line capability.
The Internet Service Delivery Manager will have previous experience in improving and strengthening a company's on - line capability and of bringing best practise standards to the function.
Engaging senior level stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the Operational Team, you will be able to roll up your sleeves and deliver as well as taking a strategic approach to the business. The role shall include coaching and mentoring, recruiting and advising on recruitment as well as setting up an ITIL process from scratch.
The Interim Manager will be expected to create a legacy, a robust process and procedure for the on - line capability that will enable the team to move forward with the highest calibre of service.
