An international infrastructure and business services organisation has a need for an Interim Human Resources Director
The role will be based in Dubai and will require the candidate to restructure the current HR function and formulate a new strategy for the division.
You will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience as a Human Resources Director producing and implementing strategic plans. Ideally you will have experience of working in the Middle East and have construction sector experience but this is not essential.
