Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a well respected Hosting Company, they are seeking an Interim solution to backfill a critical role, this role is instrumental for the establishment of a virtual centre of excellence across their geographical footprint.

The Role

• The role has overall responsibility for the development of the hosting product and services portfolio from all aspects of operations and service delivery.
• The role also requires the Interim Manager to provide technical and commercial consultancy in complex bid and pre-sales proposals and the management of data centres across a broad geographic footprint ensuring best practice is learnt and adopted.
• Apart from technical consultancy the role also has responsibility for the management of service platforms related to customers and the management of strategic alliances and partnerships.
• As an Interim you will be used to executing organisational development, process re-engineering and realignment as and when required to ensure that the teams, centres and overall structures are optimised and harmonised.
• Finally working with the Product Management team your previous experience within a hosting environment will be much appreciated.
• The role has solid and dotted line in at C level and your direct line reports are under 10.

Essential:

• Previous technical and commercial experience within a hosting / systems integrator environment across a broad geographical footprint.
• Experience of launching new initiatives within a matrix organisation.
• Experience of new process development and implementation.
