Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a leading global retailer with multiple channels to market. They are experiencing significant change and growth in their market and seek an Interim Head of Trading to cover all commercial activities including Buying and Merchandising.

The role is to:

• Optimise the profitability through good stock and margin management
• Develop robust processes to manage the information flow into the business to ensure excellent NPD, pricing, margin management etc
• Manage range planning, stock levels, product placement and promotional activity to deliver profit.

The candidate will have:

• Experience within Buying and Merchandising within a blue chip UK retailer
• Leadership skills and experience managing trading teams to deliver profit targets
• Have recent experience within the Fashion industry
