Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

My client, a Government Agency, has a need for a Head of Shared Service Centre. The shared service centre covers such aspects as payroll, recruitment and delivering learning and development programmes.

The Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering to agreed metrics
• Improving timescales around resourcing and complaint handing
• Improving customer satisfaction
• Meeting cost targets

The Candidate

The successful candidate would ideally have:

• Experienced in running a Shared Service Centre ideally in the private sector
• Commercially astute
• Experienced in analysing Shared Service options, i.e. in-house or outsourced
• An experienced interim manager
