Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.
Our client is a large company selling to the consumer.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and implementing strong retail operations and customer service to deliver growth in sales and profit
- Motivate, develop and manage the retail management team to deliver on targets
- Responsible for governance and tracking of systems that lead to achievement of business plans
- Agree and lead the implementation of service standards which ensure that the sales teams provide excellent customer service
- Set up incentives which ensure that staff are rewarded and motivated to meet business targets
The Candidate
The successful candidate would ideally be:
- Experienced in managing multiple call centres dealing with face to face and telephone sales
- Senior relationship management experience within financial services or telecommunications or retail markets
- Successful track record in sales and business delivery
- Strong target focussed and delivery mindset
- Ability to translate strategy into operational plan
