Interim Group Brand Manager

Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.
Our client is seeking an Interim Group Brand Manager to lead the strategic development of the branded portfolio to drive the profitable growth for the business.
The Role:
- Delivery of portfolio KPI's
- Excellent execution of the brand plan across the full marketing mix
- Active management of KPI delivery using monthly business process and other forums to understand portfolio position, manage investment
- Decisions & develop plans to close the gaps to delivery of KPIs
- Create a branded portfolio innovation pipeline contributing 10% of total net revenue for next three years
- Support team development including delivery of agreed development plan
- Strengthen key relationships both internal & external
The Candidate:
- Strong strategic thinking
- Excellent commercial understanding
- Extensive knowledge and experience of NPD & execution
- Extensive knowledge of advertising and communication development
- Extensive experience of consumer research, both qualitative and quantitative
- Strong Project Management skills - planning and prioritization
- Strong people management skills at all levels throughout the organization
