Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

The candidate will:

• Identify, analyse, and resolve finance, funding and regulatory related issues related to large estates projects
• Consider the impact and benefit of different funding mechanisms and making recommendations
• Analyse the full business case including financial and non- financial return on investment modelling
• Identify tax implications and providing options for minimising tax
• Participate in crafting the full business case and present to the Executive Management
• Conduct Lead negotiations with funders and potential funders.

The Candidate

The successful candidate MUST have experience of:

• Operating at an executive and board level
• Proven track record developing business cases for large NHS estates projects
• Experience of financial analysis and modelling
• Knowledge of principles, methods and techniques of public and financial administration
• Experience working on strategic projects from inception to implementation, working on multiple concurrent deliverables
• Influencing others to provide the information necessary to conduct analysis
• An understanding of government related regulatory, cost and tariff issues.
