This UK start-up requires a confident and capable interim finance director to direct and manage the financial planning.

Our client is a software company who are currently extremely successful in the US and throughout Northern Europe.

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced CFO and/or Interim Finance Director who is able to put in place the financial structure of a company in the early stages of development. The role will entail setting up financial controls and procedures for the UK Company, undertaking cash flow forecasting and budget planning for the entry and ongoing positioning in the market.

You will also have direct responsibility for planning the growth strategy which will incorporate joint ventures, pricing policies and licensing agreements. Proven experience in these areas will therefore be essential. We are looking for a qualified accountant who is able to lead the finance stream, building the financial infrastructure and taking a hands-on as well as highly strategic role.
