Our client is a major fashion retailer who has shops in West London. As an Interim Fashion Retail Regional Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting corporate objectives, influence and deliver retail strategy
- Total accountability for maximising sales turnover and profitability
- Controlling expenditure of up to 25 stores
- Developing a team of competent retail professionals and developing best practice
- Improve performance and support Store Managers
- Maintain regular communication with Divisional Manager alongside retail operations and store teams
Skills required:
- A minimum of 3 years in fashion retail at Area Manager level
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in financial management and budget control
