Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.
Our client is leading manufacturer of a range of biopolymers.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and delivering operational improvements
- Improving plant procedures, processes and operations
- Production and management of a company with a turnover in the region of £15m and c.30 staff
- Duration 3-6 months
The Candidate
The successful candidate would ideally be:
- Proven success in a similar function within a plastics materials/products company with a strong commercial appreciation
- You must be able to demonstrate sound leadership skills and effectively manage the company’s operating team of c.30 employees
- Fluent English and German
- Candidates MUST be available for immediate start
