The Role
The candidate will be responsible for
- Conduct review and analysis of the planning and delivery function
- Manage the restructuring creating vision and buy-in from team and other stakeholders
- Assist in setting up an internal PMO function
- Establish internal data and security risk expertise
- Liaise and manage third party providers
- Provide support, mentoring and training to the team
- Recruit key positions and assist in recruiting successor
The Candidate
The successful candidate MUST have experience of:
- Highly credible senior interim manager capable of hitting the group running
- Significant track record in leading IT teams
- Retail experience is highly desirable or related sector
- Delivery focused and ability to deal at the highest levels
- Strong change management experience
- Capable of building credible relationship with stakeholders across the business
- Strong leadership skills with ability to instil confidence and derive the best out of people
