Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Projects to manage building and construction projects in excess of £50m from inception to completion.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that contracting, implementation and monitoring of projects is in line with financial regulations and purchasing procedures. Working with surveyors and engineers, you will plan and manage all activities for the Projects Delivery Team.

The ideal candidate shall have a relevant professional qualification in construction or property management such as CIBSE, RIS APM or ICE E Eng. A Leadership role, you will direct teams of professional staff in a construction environment. A skilled project manager, you will demonstrate an in – depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as MSP or Prince 2.

With sound analytical skills and the ability to collate information from a range of sources, you will be a confident communicator who works effectively at senior management level.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience of leading strategic change management projects in a public sector environment. Demonstrating an in-depth and up to date knowledge of contract management and EU procurement you will understand the needs of key customers and stakeholders.

Knowledge of planning and listed building practice and the roles of English Heritage will be highly advantageous. Candidates should be security cleared.
