The Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining and establishing the new cross organisation Commissioning Unit
• Identifying demand for services and planning the migration and implementation into the Unit as part of Change Programme
• Developing the Commissioning unit in line with the Target Operating Model and the outcomes from the service reviews
• Developing and implementing processes and systems for delivering, managing and performance monitoring Embedding ‘new ways of working’ and behaviours through

The Candidate

The successful candidate MUST have experience of:

• Establishing Commissioning Units for Local Authority
• Migration AND Implementation experience
• Significant change programmes
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
