My client is a leading business services organisation that has recently won a large contract within the public sector.
Role brief:
They require an experienced interim commercial/procurement manager to construct 6 contracts which they will use to sub-contract out services in regards to the contract they have been awarded.
Candidate fit:
You must have strong commercial skills and experience of writing/drafting contracts for service based goods. The contract will challenge and support the performance of the sub-contractors and contain key SLAs.
