Our client is a manufacturer, supplying the trade market with moulded products that they design, market and produce in the UK.

We are looking for an Interim Chief Operating Officer to support their growth over the next period.

The role is to:

• Lead all the internal functions in the company
• Review and refine the sales mix, pricing and margin
• Improve the cost base and profitability

The candidate will have:

• A strong operational background and a proven track record in general management
• Evidence of managing the supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Experience of conducting business appraisal and turnaround
