Interim Capital & Asset Management Manager

Day Rate: £450
Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.
Our client is a local authority that requires someone who has experience of working in local authorities in building development.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- To manage the Asset Management Team
- To lead the client delivery of the Primary Capital
- Programme (anticipated £10m over 2.5 years)
- To lead the delivery of the Children’ Services capital programme (estimated £10m annually), including financial and project monitoring
- To be responsible for the client project management of the delivery of agreed capital schemes
The Candidate
- Experience of asset management and capital programme delivery
- Experience of client project management and delivery of capital investment in schools
- Experience of managing staff
- Experience of managing technical consultants
- Knowledge and experience of construction contracts, dealing with financial issues and claims
- Experience of managing stakeholders and ensuring good communications
