Interim Applications Support Manager based in the North West

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Applications Support Manager to backfill a key role in our clients' Peoplesoft Applications team.

The role will be responsible for ensuring services are monitored and managed to meet business requirements and agreed Service Levels.

A proven track record in improving the application support process within a shared services environment and in process re-engineering.
A strong understanding of IS Application support services, knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP packages.
You will have successfully implemented incident management, release management, route cause analysis and change management processes as you will be heavily involved in the re-engineering of these processes for our client.
Working closely with the IS Service Desk you will ensure that support of PeopleSoft remote users (end users or offshore support team members) is provided in a cost effective manner to customer satisfaction.
Strong people management skills are required, in particular experience managing remote/virtual teams.
Previous experience of working with and off-shoring support and development processes.
