This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Applications Support Manager to backfill a key role in our clients' Peoplesoft Applications team.
The role will be responsible for ensuring services are monitored and managed to meet business requirements and agreed Service Levels.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in improving the application support process within a shared services environment and in process re-engineering.
- A strong understanding of IS Application support services, knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP packages.
- You will have successfully implemented incident management, release management, route cause analysis and change management processes as you will be heavily involved in the re-engineering of these processes for our client.
- Working closely with the IS Service Desk you will ensure that support of PeopleSoft remote users (end users or offshore support team members) is provided in a cost effective manner to customer satisfaction.
- Strong people management skills are required, in particular experience managing remote/virtual teams.
- Previous experience of working with and off-shoring support and development processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead, define and drive the strategy for the client's current and future Application Services Team.
