Our client is a prestigious personal care brand which retails throughout the UK within retail businesses. We are searching for an Interim Sales Manager to help them grow.
The role is to
- Devise the appropriate sales team structure
- Define the sales planning process
- Train and develop the sales team to deliver the Sales Plan
The candidate will have:
- A proven track record selling into major high street retailers
- Have led and developed a sales team of up to 12
- Have a successful sales track record within the luxury personal care market.
