Summary: To review status quo and help the business to identify world class best practice and harmonise these processes, systems and standards around the business.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the local managers to understand the current operational gaps in the business
- Developing an Implementation Operational Improvement Plan that identifies the top high priority initiatives that will help to scale the business and take it to world class level
- Establishing best practice in operating standards across operations, sales, marketing, finance, reporting
- Mentoring the business leaders to enable them to deliver the plan
- Identifying the next generation outsourcing models, to inform the future strategy to secure new business
The Candidate
The successful candidate MUST have experience of:
- Strong Operational expertise
- Integrated facilities management into Corporates and Government. Both soft and hard services
- Well rounded to understand impact on other functional areas such as sales, marketing, finance etc
- Understands the dynamics in pitching and winning work
- Knows the metrics against which to measure the business, able to identify the reporting (MIS), process and system requirements
- International experience, ideally developing Asian countries
- Results oriented, hands-on and able to hit the ground running
- High energy and passion for the business
