Our client, a large public sector organisation based around a 40 acre site, is looking for an Energy and Utilities Manager to advise them on the most energy efficient options.
Ideal role requirements
- Previous experience of energy consumption
- Previous experience of negotiating energy supply contracts
- Previous experience of benchmarking energy saving measures
- A knowledge of heat, power, compressed air, stand-by generation, water and steam generation, air-conditioning and building management systems
- An overall knowledge of facilities and cost management within a public service framework would be desirable
