Our client is a prestigious European financial institution with offices in the heart of Luxembourg.
We are seeking a French and English speaking corporate finance lawyer to advise on corporate matters, including investment activity in venture capital and private equity funds throughout Europe. You will also advise on structured finance transactions - securitisation and loan guarantees. Your responsibilities will be to structure and negotiate transactions, whilst maintaining a specialist competence and a thorough knowledge of relevant developments in the technical and legal areas of European Private Equity.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and a university degree in law, ideally with a postgraduate degree. You will also have 4 - 7 years of experience within a leading blue chip, financial institution or law firm and have an excellent command of both English and French.
Relocation will be assisted.
