Experience required:
- A good knowledge of retail financial services, pensions and investment products to include wrap and SIPP services and products
- Experience of working in an environment involving a tied or an IFA sales force
- Proven business project management experience, i.e. more important than IT project management/implementation experience
- Complex data analysis and process flow mapping
- A good eye for format and presentation of information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to simplify complex discussions
- Process orientation and ability to see the big picture and the steps to get there and to structure these clearly
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Have sufficient gravitas to, and experience of, communicating effectively at a senior (Director) level
