Impact Executives is a leading global interim management provider and part of the highly successful Harvey Nash Group plc.

Our client is a leading Manufacturing company operating globally. Having completed a strategic review, they are now seeking an Operations Director.

The role is to:

• Lead the teams in ten different locations, with 3,500 staff in total
• Deliver the service levels to the end client
• Improve production to world class operating standards.

The candidate will:

• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the plastic manufacturing industry and injection moulding
• Have led a team of comparable scale, within a 'best in class' environment
• Have international experience, including France, with French and English fluent language skills
• Have solid, and recent experience using lean manufacturing techniques
