Premila moved from the Netherlands to read Law & Management Studies and subsequently pursued an MPhil in Marketing at Keele University. She brings extensive experience in UK and European recruitment having set up the Dutch operations of a London-based recruitment company.
As a corporate in-house recruiter, she managed multi-disciplinary recruitment assignments across Western Europe and put her HR and recruitment experience to good use while working as an interim manager in investment banking for Barclays Capital and telematics for Ford.

Trudy is responsible for the Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, focussing on the business application of technology.
She brings 10 years experience of providing client solutions enabling businesses to optimise performance through the use of technology. Specialising in interim management since 2007, client solutions cover everything from value creation and performance improvement, cost optimisation and leadership to transition management, growth and innovation. Solutions are cross functional and include IT, HR, Finance, Project and Programme Management, Transformation, Sales and Marketing, General Management and Industry experts. She has worked with a broad variety of clients from the FTSE 100 to start ups and private equity backed businesses.

Coming from a change management consultancy Annabel’s specialisms include M & A, transformation, restructure, off shoring and outsourcing projects. She works closely with a broad range of businesses from AIM listed and FTSE 100 to SME's and Start-ups.
Annabel has 14 years recruitment experience in primarily in manufacture but also in pharmaceuticals and financial services.

After completing his degree Chris started his career with John Lewis Partnership where he gained extensive experience of retail & retail management. It was with John Lewis that Chris saw first-hand the power of quality customer care and service, principles that formed the foundations of his working ethos from that point on.
Chris joined the Harvey Nash group in 2003 spending his first five years working as a consultant within the IT Leadership Practice with a particular focus on recruiting and providing leadership services to CIOs, IT Directors, Programme Managers and Project Managers. In 2009 he became the Practice Manager for the Contract & Interim function in Birmingham with responsibility for Harvey Nash’s contract technology recruitment team as well as IT Interim management.

After completing his English degree in University College Dublin and a further year studying e-Commerce web design David began his career in technical services for one of the world’s leading OEMs. During this period David developed a deep affinity for technology and business, knowledge that became the bedrock of his success when he subsequently moved into technology recruitment.
Over the last eight years David has become a leading figure in the Irish Technology Recruitment Industry. As part of the leadership team of Harvey Nash he has established one of the most widely regarded IT and CIO communities in Ireland through a unique programme of events and white papers. He is also seen as a leading expert on the local market, often quoted in the press in publications such as the Sunday Business Post and Silicon Republic.

Blenda is Managing Director for Impact Executives Sweden and manager in the Alumni Group. She joined Alumni in 2004. Anna works as an Advisor for the Impact Executives team in Sweden. She joined Alumni in 2007, and during this time she has worked on assignments across all industries and functions as a senior researcher. Before joining Alumni, Anna worked as a Project Manager at an education and conferences company where she built the business area with a focus on bespoke training packages. Anna has a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Stockholm.
